The Splendid Baroque (concert no. 13)

The program includes pieces for choir and string orchestra – J.S. Bach's Sanctus in D major, motets by Vivaldi, and two motets by J.S. Bach and Telemann based on the same psalm, "O Praise the Lord, all ye nations" – as well as arias for soprano and pieces for piccolo trumpet and string orchestra, by J.S Bach, Vivaldi, Pergolesi, Handel, Albinoni and more.
